We require payment in advance by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check. Our time commitments begin on the day that required signed documents and payment are received from the client.

Government filing fees are charged by the number of goods/services classes. In some cases, the government filing fees are $275 per class. We will notify you during our first contact of the anticipated filing fee

If you have not made sales of goods or products under your mark at the time of application it will be necessary to file a Statement of Use upon approval of your application. Our fee for preparing and filing the Statement of Use is $50. The government’s filing fee for the Statement of Use is $100 per class of goods/services.

Our fees also do not include (1) appeals of final refusals by the PTO to register your trademark (2) opposition proceedings (3) cancellation proceedings or (4) lawsuits . We will file appeals of final refusals by the PTO and represent you in opposition or cancellation proceedings or litigation for additional fees.

We do not use the hourly billing method used by many law firms. We, instead, offer only low, flat rate fees for these services.
